As we like to say here: <em>&#8220;<\/em><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\"><em>It&#8217;s hot as the fishing.&#8221;<\/em><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Key tips for fly fishing Permit:<\/strong><\/p><ol dir=\"ltr\"><li><strong>Stealth first.<\/strong> These fish are easily spooked on the flats, quiet wading\/poling and no sudden movements matter.<\/li><li><strong>Spot before you cast.<\/strong> Permit and bonefish are often seen (tailing, pushing water, mudding) before you get the cast.<\/li><li><strong>Lead the fish or cast at it.<\/strong> Present the fly ahead of its path so it looks natural but sometimes they will show close by all you got to do is SHOOT AT THEM so they see the fly.<\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Casting distance,\u00a0<\/span>will make your life and your guides life way easier.
